As a reminder, ASE memberships run on a calendar year, January through December. Memberships are not pro-rated. Renew your membership by December 31 and receive an Echo Image Calendar!

Paid ASE memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

3 Easy Options to Renew Your ASE Membership for 2025

Log in to your ASE Portal and click the yellow “Renew” button located on the right side of your profile page. Watch this help video with step-by-step instructions.
Renew by phone by calling 919-861-5574. Press 1 for the Membership department.
Renew by mailed invoice. Check your mailbox for a paper invoice and mail the completed invoice and payment. See mailing instructions below.

How to Renew Your Expired Membership

If your membership has lapsed more than one year, you will need to navigate to the left side menu in the ASE Portal and click the “My Membership” tab. Once there, go to “Become a Member” to reactive your ASE membership. In celebration of our 50^th Anniversary, you may be eligible to receive our 50^th Anniversary promotional rates.
