The Journal of the American Society of Echocardiography (JASE) is pleased to announce a Call for Papers for a Focus Issue on Diastolic Function for publication in early 2025. The issue will include ASE’s new diastolic function guidelines.
We invite submission of original research studies, reviews, letters, and brief research communications that address any aspect of echocardiography in assessment of the diastolic function. For example:
- Novel echocardiographic features of HFpEF, constrictive pericarditis, and other diseases impacting diastolic function
- Implementation of diastolic function echocardiographic endpoints in clinical trials
- Artificial intelligence and computer modeling to optimize assessment of diastolic function
In line with our core values at JASE, we welcome multi-disciplinary collaborations (e.g., sonographers, nurses, physicians, scientists).
Submissions are due in JASE Editorial Manager by August 30. Please note in your cover letter that the submission is for the Diastolic Function Issue.
