How do I access my ASE Portal?
The URL for the ASE Portal is my.asecho.org. At the bottom of this page, you will find tutorial videos for how to log in, create a new account, and renew your membership.
Why is my member since date incorrect?
On the overview page of the portal, you may notice your member since date is incorrect. This date reflects the date you started receiving your current membership type benefits, for example if you have changed from a Fellow/Student Member to an Early Career Member, your member since date will reflect the date you started your most recent membership type. If you navigate to your “Account Tab” in your “My Profile” page, you can scroll down to see your ASE Join Date, which is the date you first became an ASE member.
I am having trouble completing a transaction. What should I do?
To complete any transactions in the new ASE Portal, you must have a primary address listed in your account. You can update your address on the “Overview Tab” (see image at right) or the “Account Tab” under Contact Info. You can also link your organization’s address as your primary address in both tabs. Reach out to ASE staff if you need assistance.
