- May New Board Member Orientation (virtual meeting)
- September 4, 2025 Board Meeting, Nashville, TN at ASE Scientific Sessions
- November 2025 Board Meeting/Strategic Planning Session (2 day event) in person location TBD
- Board of Directors/Executive Committee Conference Calls- Held twice a year (January and April)
- Participation in any specially called meetings
- Required review and voting on ASE Guidelines (5-10 times per year)
- Actively engaged in ASE Foundation Campaigns
- Actively involved in annual business meetings and networking events (held during Scientific Sessions)
- Participation in ASE Social Media Activities
ASE will cover travel, lodging and meal reimbursement to attend the February Board Meeting and the November Board meeting. All other meeting travel is not covered.
