Please note: If you are submitting an abstract for ASE 2016 and wish to receive the discounted rate for abstract presenters, please do not register prior to receiving acceptance notification in March, 2016. No refunds will be given for registrations prior to notification. If you will be serving as faculty at the Sessions, please do not register as there will be a separate process.

ASE has secured a block of rooms at three convenient hotels within a two to three minute walk to the Washington State Convention Center. Rooms have been reserved at The Paramount Hotel, Grand Hyatt Seattle, and the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. All hotels are also conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, and many more attractions.
The room block will be held until May 18, 2016, or until the block is sold out. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis.
